May 3rd....still waiting....hopefully next week.....

So today and tomorrow are my days off, it's raining so I guess I can't cut the grass that desperately needs it.  Instead I went for a walk on my 5km route through town, it's around the block....big block....=)

I stopped and picked up my Mars bars for my recipe I'm going to try today.....

Other then that I have to tide up the house and do laundry, and for dinner tonight I'm making Pork Ribs....going to find a recipe now for them....I'm going to hopefully oven bake them.....I will take a picture of the ribs and the Mars Bar Square.

Oh ya, when we do get the Posting message I'm going to made a button that says "Alaska Bound" on it so that everyone will know, so many people are asking and I keep saying Maybe next week...
