May 7 2016-Happy Mother's Day tomorrow!!

Good evening, the sun is shining and the sky is blue and looks beautiful.  Spend the day with the kids, checking out Hatcher Pass, and we will have to wait to explore this area, still to much snow. 

Last year at this time we could walk on the road and all the snow was gone, at the mine, it was still deep.  We did see Marmots, I could believe how big this guy/girl was.  It was the size of a big cat, small dog.  I had never seem them in this area before, we had seen ground squirrels but not these.

Well have a great day tomorrow, DD and I are going to spend the day on a hike.... I will post pictures soon, take care
