Today woke to a foggy start....wish I would have seen the Northern Lights last night, I did get a couple of pictures of our sky. It was a beautiful red/orange, not sure why, something to do with the fog I guess.Headed for Coffee with the Can Ladies, at Jitters, it's always nice to meet for coffee....it's so warm at the shop...I think they do that so people leave and don't stay there like we do....=)
After I had to get a few groceries....I'm so puzzled about the soft margarine...well today I bought whipped butter...it's crap....I have only found to like Blue Bonnet that is like soft margarine at home. You wouldn't think it would be so hard...but it is. Not sure if people use butter and just leave it out at room temp...it's a weird thing I guess I have to get used to.
We just had an easy dinner, I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer so soup and grilled cheese I made the kids and I.
It's still foggy out can't see Bear Mountain at all, it's weird to look out and not see the big mountain. I did see a bit of blue sky earlier but it's since disappeared.
