Yesterday was Friday...my day to get ready for the weekend storm...sigh It's going to hit tonight around 8pm and last tomorrow and maybe into early Monday.... =( I'm prepared this time....fingers crossed it just blows over.
Last night Jen and Steve had a Happy hour at their house....it was nice to get out and meet some of the friends in the neighborhood. We rode our bikes, I took chocolate chip cupcakes, and some ginger crinkle cookies....they were gone fast so they must have been good... =) We got home around 8pm, it was a nice night.
Today we are heading to the bowling alley with the Canadian kids, and to get some other things I need in town. Here you go to town and you try to do all your chores, because it's not far from Eagle River, but it does take time and money to make extra shops.
It's lightly raining right now, I'm off to have some tea and do a bit of Crocheting before we have to leave....oh ya and have some lunch as well...have a great Saturday all... =)
