Today I drove down to get my snow tires on, I walked up to Walmart well wait for the truck, they said it would be an hour. It took 35mins each way, about 1.9 miles each way....on the way back to the tire place I forget to turn off Nike+ so ended up having me driving down the highway added on to my run...=() I was running pretty fast 55 mile...made my average way to fast....so had to delete run from off my iPhone. It was a great day, cool in the am. I had a thin sweat shirt and my running jacket on, with my thin gloves on the way up to Walmart. I'm going to have to make gloves with no finger tips or something....because I was trying to take pictures with my phone, and had to keep taking off my gloves.....grrrr Didn't need them on the way back though. Loved the view on my walk, snow coming down the hills....a bridge and river....I was on a separate trail along the highway but in a bit....pretty nice to walk/run/bike on...first time using this trail. On the way back I saw a Photographer taking pictures of a guy as I was crossing the slippery bridge....=)
Still going to make Red Pepper Jelly...maybe tomorrow....tonight DS has a practice hockey game against the Bantam C team. So we will see how the team works together...or what they need practice on...they are having referees and everything....maybe I should bring my cow bell......NOT it's to loud even for me....=) My dad got it for me, so that my mom would be with us at the games....My mom is loud at hockey games...well any games for that matter...=) maybe I will bring my camera. Our boys are wearing white jersey's.
We just finished dinner, and I'm going to kick DS off PS and watch some of the shows I have on the DVR ....I will update the score later..=)
Game update....DS's team won....=) I think it was 5 to 3.... he got 3 assists...it was a great game....way to go boys....great to see people we know at the arena.... =) starting to feel like home away from home...
