Sept 28 2012 ~ Can't believe it~

Friday the end to another week in Alaska, and almost the end of Sept for that matter....it's hard to believe we have been in Alaska for 2 months already.  We are settling in and sometimes it feels like we have been here forever and other times it seems like we just got here, but loving it...missing a certain someone, but he will be home before we know it.

So on my List for today....Make Red Pepper Jelly, and clean the house and due some laundry, it's a rainy Alaska kind of day...that is all for now...Hope everyone has a wonderful day full of sunshine....=)

So it's made...Red Pepper Jelly finally...and I have to say it's so so good....sure missed it...note to self...buy two packs of the small jars...I never have enough jars and have to quickly find more...
